Vredestein Ultrac is a Premium Touring summer tire, released in 2021. The tire is more focused on comfortable and safety city driving, with low fuel consumption and high mileage. It is available in more than 70 sizes from 15 to 18 inches rim diameter and is suitable for small and mid-range passenger cars.
Tire features
- The contact patch in the outer shoulder area has been increased by 6% compared to its predecessor to improve cornering stability.
- Optimized belt package, stiffer tread pattern and center rib with lateral grooves provide faster steering response and precision.
- The amount of silica in the rubber compound was increased by 50%, which, in combination with multifunctional polymers, improved grip on wet asphalt by 10%. In addition, the stiffness of the rubber compound was increased, which improved the braking distance.
