In 2017 experts of the Belarusian publication ABW.BY have tested the Sava Eskimo Ice at size 205/55 R16 and compared it with nine similar budget, mid-range and premium studless winter tyres.

According to the test results Sava took 4th place.
Main conclusions:
- The best wet performance.
- Average dry braking distance.
- Good ice braking, handling and traction (Sava didn’t take high positions, but had very close result to the leader); relatively low slalom.
- Unbalanced on the snow: the best slalom tyme, but the worst braking and traction.
- Good rolling resistance.
