The tire also has version for SUV and 4×4.
The tyre replaced the Nokian Line.

In 2019 experts of the German magazine Auto Bild have tested the Nokian Wet Proof at size 225/45 R17 and compared with 19 simillar budget, medium and premium summer tires.
