In 2022 experts of the German publication Auto Bild have tested the Laufenn at size 215/55 R17 and compared to 20 similar budget, mid-range and premium summer tires. Also they included into the test set of the reference All Season tires to compare results.

According to the test results the Laufenn shared 15th place with the Nexen N Fera Primus and the Maxxis Premitra HP5.
