2017 Motor (185/65 R15)

In 2017/2018 experts of the Polish magazine Motor have tested the Bridgestone DriveGuard Winter at size 185/65 R15 and compared to 5 similar budget, mid-range and premium winter tyres.

2nd place in Wet braking. The braking distance difference with the leader was 0.7 meters.

According to the test results the Bridgestone took 2nd place.

Main cocnlusions:

  • Good on the wet, one of the best result.
  • The best on the dry: Bridgestone dominated in all tests.
  • The worst snow performance. The tyre lost even the budget brands like Debica and Wanli.
  • Poor rolling resistance and average comfort (might be caused by Runflat technology).
  • The best noise level.
