The tire has been replaced by the Bridgestone WS80.

In 2015 experts of the Swedish magazine Vi Bilagare have tested Bridgestone WS70 at size 205/55 R16 and compared it with 6 similar budget, mid-range and premium winter tires.

According to the test results Bridgestone took 6th place and won only to budget Nankang.

Main conclusions:

  • Long wet braking distance.
  • The longest dry braking distance.
  • Low ice performance and the worst result among premium tires. Lower result showed only much cheaper Nankang.
  • Relatively long snow braking distance and the lowest traction.
