2016 Autocenter Aeolus AW 05 test
In 2016 experts of the Ukrainian magazine “Autocenter” have tested Aeolus Ice Challenger AW05 at size 185/65 R15 and compared to 8 similar studded budget, medium and premium tires.

According to the test results Aeolus took 8th place.
Main conclusions:
- Unbalanced on the wet. Tire showed the shortest braking distance and the highest subjective handling score. But at the same time it had the lowest result in wet lateral handling.
- Good straight aquaplanning resistance.
- Great dry performance.
- The worst results on the ice: very long braking distance, the lowest handling and acceleration time.
- Poor snow performance.
- The lowest comfort.
- Good noise.
